REFUND POLICY AT LANIT

II. REFUND APPLICATION SERVICE
LANIT’s refund policy is applied to the following services:
– Hosting Services
– Cloud VPS (Cheap Cloud Vps,
Professional Cloud Vps)
– Cloud Server
– Email Server
III. REFUND CONDITIONS
– The refund policy only applies only once to each customer. If one of the information requested by the customer completely coincides with the previous refund customer information such as: ID card, phone number, domain name. Refund requests will be denied.
– The time to submit a refund request must be within 3 days from the payment date of the service.
– LANIT refunds 100% if LANIT system causes the unusable service, or LANIT incorrectly delivers the parameters described on the website.
– The refund policy does not apply to customers who have signed up for the service trial service.
– The refund policy does not apply to services registered through promotions.
– Refund policy does not apply to customers who are agents.
– The refund policy does not apply to services that are canceled due to violations of the RULES OF USE.
– Refund policy does not apply to domain name service, server rental service, server reservation, SSL, VPS USA, VPS GERMANY.
IV. 100% REFUND POLICY
– Case 1: Customers register for less than 3 days, LANIT refunds 100% of the amount paid by customers when registering for services at LANIT.
– Case 2: Customers use the service for more than 3 days. LANIT will refund the amount after deducting the amount used by the customer in the previous days.
V. REFUND METHOD
The refund period is 1 to 10 days from the time the customer requests the refund. LANIT pays through the payment gateway that customers have used to pay for the service.

VI. REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Log in to the service management system https://clients.lanit.com.vn
Step 2. Open the ticket, select the accounting department, select the service to be refunded and enter the details of the reason for the refund. LANIT is looking forward to receiving customer comments to further improve our service.
Step 3. After LANIT receives the information you send. Within 24 hours, the customer service department will contact to exchange directly with the customer to verify some information.
Step 4. LANIT refund customers after 1 – 10 days.
