TERMS OF USE
The Service Use Regulations (referred to as the “Regulations”) include the terms, principles, requirements and guidelines regarding the use of services at LANIT Communication and Technology Joint Stock Company (the “Company”) in order to manage the use of the services by customers (“Customers”) of the Company’s services and products (“Services & Products”).
These regulations are created to ensure the rights and obligations between the Company and the customer. The Company reserves the right to amend the Regulations, terms of service and products at any time, which is automatically effective for all customers once adopted and published in https://lanit.com.vn/quy-dinh-su-dung.html. Those changes are based in law compliance and the balance between the interests of the Company and the customer.
By using the Company’s services and products, the client agrees to be bound by these Regulations.

Service use
3.1. Domain name registration service
When registering domain names: Domain names chosen by organizations or individuals for registration must ensure that there are no phrases that infringe upon national interests or are inconsistent with social ethics, fine customs and traditions. of the nation; must show seriousness to avoid misunderstanding or misrepresentation due to polyphony, polysemy or when not using accents in Vietnamese – (point 2.2,a) Clause 2, Section II) According to Circular 09/2008/TT- BTTTT dated December 24, 2009 of the Ministry of Information and Communications guiding the management and use of Internet resources) Organizations and individuals that register to use domain names must take full responsibility before the law for the purpose of use and the accuracy of the information provided, and ensure the registration and use of domain names in accordance with regulations. does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other organizations and individuals. – Organizations and individuals registering domain names are responsible for the management and maintenance of the right to use their domain names and shall be responsible in any case of violations of their domain name use by their management. loosely caused. – Organizations and individuals when registering a domain name must provide full information about the domain name server to which it is pointed.
When registering a domain name, an organization or individual needs to complete a dossier and send it to LANIT (For individuals: 01 contract, 01 copy of ID card (not required), for organizations: 01 contract with stamp organization) within 15 days from the date the service has been successfully registered. In case of late submission of records, the service will be locked without a refund. LANIT cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
– For the national domain name “.vn”: ensure compliance with the regulations of the Vietnam Internet Center (hereinafter referred to as “VNNIC”) on registration and use of domain names.
– For international domain names: Organizations and individuals lawfully operating in Vietnam that use international domain names to set up websites must notify the Ministry of Information and Communications at Website http:/ /thongbaotenmien.vn/trangchu.xhtml.
– When changing information such as: names of agencies, organizations or contact information such as contact addresses, telephones, faxes, email boxes, identity cards… Service users must immediately notify LANIT according to the prescribed procedures.
LANIT shall not be liable and indemnify for any loss or damage caused by the user’s failure to comply with section 3.1 of this regulation.
– For expired, suspended or unused domain names: The Registrar has the right to redirect any domain name’s IP address registered at the registrar to IP address 1. existing parking pages or search pages for commercial purposes if the domain name has just expired, is suspended or has not been used. The registrant understands that the registrant cannot and will not check whether the site violates the legitimate rights such as intellectual property rights, privacy, trademarks, etc. of the registrant or third party. any; or the content displayed in the page is not appropriate; or violate any local or regional laws or regulations or cause harm to the registrant or any third party. The Registrar shall not be liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly as a result of the foregoing.
3.2. internet usage regulations
Using the Internet must comply with the law, the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications, the current rules and regulations on service exploitation of the State of Vietnam and the provisions of the Company’s contract.
– Take responsibility before the law for all information stored and transmitted on the Internet; subject to inspection and examination of service use at the request of competent state agencies.
– The company is not responsible for legal nor other responsibility for any information stored/accuracy of information stored on our server.
– Customers are not allowed to store the following information and data on the website:
+ For the purpose of propaganda against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
+ Backup software without copyright.
Content related to pornography and debauchery violates Vietnamese culture, fine customs and traditions.
+ Any form of phishing, hacking, cheating that affects other organizations, individuals, and countries.
+ Do not use programs that can clog or stall the system, causing exhaustion of system resources, overloading the processor and memory (for example, DoS attack code, DDoS, …)
+ Users do not use programs that can clog or slow down the system, such as exhausting system resources, overloading the processor and memory.
3.3. Regulations on using virtual servers (VPS), Cloud VPS, Cloud Server, Dedicated Server
Using the Internet must comply with the law, the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications, the current rules and regulations on service exploitation of the State of Vietnam, industrial property rights, software copyrights or any other rights. any other intellectual property installed on the server (if any)
– Take responsibility before the law for all information stored and transmitted on the Internet; subject to inspection and examination of service use at the request of competent state agencies.
– The company is not responsible for legal as well as other responsibility for any information stored/accuracy of information stored on our server and does not accept any liability or compensation. any damage about loss or damage to data stored on VPS, Server in cases caused by Customer: mistakenly deleted, website has errors or is damaged due to loss of service access information service.
Customers are responsible for maintaining and preserving data on VPS, Dedicated server.
– Customers must ensure that they are solely responsible for using their website on VPS, Dedicated server for lawful purposes.
– Be responsible for the information installed on the server, about the operating system copyright, the software used on the server and ensure that the information does not contain destructive software
3.4.Regulations on colocation server rental service
Using the Internet must comply with the law, the Ordinance on Post and Telecommunications, the current rules and regulations on service exploitation of the State of Vietnam and the provisions of the Company’s contract.
– Take responsibility before the law for all information stored and transmitted on the Internet; subject to inspection and examination of service use at the request of competent state agencies.
– Customers must ensure that they are solely responsible for using the website, all their data content on Colocation Server for lawful purposes.
– The company is not responsible for operating system copyright and unauthorized software that customers use on the server.
3.5Regulation of web design services
– We are only responsible for consulting, designing as required and the service user will be solely responsible for the content on the website.
– Website content must not distort, slander, defame, violate the law, …, go against the political line of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other countries, or/and other contents. Content related to pornography, debauchery, fraud, …, violating the fine culture, customs and traditions of the Vietnamese nation.
Regulations on Payment
– Service users are responsible for paying in full and on time.
– Within 48 hours from the time of service registration, if payment is not made, all information registered to use the service will no longer be valid.
– During the specified time to renew the service, if the customer does not pay, the service will be suspended and withdrawn according to regulations.
– Before the extension period of 7 days, LANIT will send a notice to customers in writing via email or phone.
– For any loss or damage arising from delayed payment, LANIT will not bear any responsibility.
– For Domain Name service, pending payment, if the domain name is registered to another entity, LANIT will not bear any responsibility.

Stopping, canceling the provision of services
5.1. LANIT reserves the right to stop providing the service without refunding any costs in the following cases:
– Violation of the terms of use in clause 3.
– You have used the service for any purpose or form that violates the laws of Vietnam. As well as using the service to harm minors
– You send, link or transfer data that is illegal, threatening, deceptive, hateful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, obscene, offensive, etc. otherwise prohibited by Vietnamese law in any way.
– You upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise any material containing software viruses or other computer codes, files or programs designed to cause harm. interfere with, disrupt or limit the functions of computer hardware or software or telecommunications equipment;
– You have fraudulent or unauthorized actions, storing, using, installing or publishing non-copyrighted games, pirated games, etc.
– You store, transmit any data that constitutes or encourages criminal forms; or data that infringe any patent, trademark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or other rights of any person.
– As required by regulatory law enforcement agencies.
5.2.LANIT reserves the right to cancel services that customers register for a trial but do not renew
Before LANIT suspends service, customers are responsible for backing up all data stored at LANIT system. LANIT will not be responsible for your data
